Your interview,
your information.
The employer named in your invitation is your contact for the interview and its use of your information.
What the platform stores
The platform stores interview arrangements, consent records, question-aligned answers, reviewed evidence, and review records. Staff access follows organization roles and reviewer assignments. Access to a transcript creates an audit record.
Recording and consent
The interviewer must complete the AI and recording disclosure before asking for consent. The voice integration receives permission to record only after consent. Your employer's notice describes the configured recording and retention arrangements.
Your choices
You may request a human interview or another format. You may pause, skip a question, or stop an interview. An audio problem does not become a low candidate score.
Review and decisions
A reviewer prepares the transcript before AI evaluation. Recommendations must reference job-related evidence. A human records the review. The interviewer cannot make a final hiring decision.
Access, retention, and deletion requests
Contact the recruiter listed in your invitation for access, correction, deletion, and retention questions. Your employer must supply its privacy notice and retention policy before a production interview.
